This epilogue is set on one date: August 24, 2013, the day of Juliana and Lina’s legal wedding in San Francisco. During this time, there are multiple flashbacks to significant incidents in the past 15 years that led up to this memorable event, and a few flash-forwards filled with “What ifs.” There are also references to previous characters in the story and answers (or hints) to the question: Where are they now? But, at the end, Juliana realizes she has come full circle and is now, once again, a Suburban Married Lady!
