I woke up this morning with a migraine and I don’t know why! However, I do know that sumatriptan plus 2 Aleve will knock it out and an ice pack on the left side of my head feels pretty good while I’m waiting for the drugs to kick in.
I worried about taking an NSAID within 3 days before my laboratory bloodwork I have planned to do on Monday. I think I’m having food poisoning from eating salad that was too old. I don’t even know if I’ll feel up to cooking tonight for the Church 1.0 potluck tomorrow. But I know I’m really ready for group acupuncture.
I was the last one in the room today (because I was in the restroom being sick) so I didn’t have much time to settle in. And I didn’t have a foot stool, so I just got as comfortable as I could.
I think I only dropped two needles today. Oh, well.
I did feel considerably better after today’s session. I felt well enough to make seitan after supper and then to make Seitan Adobo for the potluck. But, out of sheer exhaustion, I decided to add the frozen riced cauliflower to the big adobo skillet.
