Life is giving me hard stuff to deal with today. It would be easier with less pain, I think.

Day #5 without a migraine (just a regular headache). Happy Sabbath! 🙂 I had a migraine from Oct 7 to 23.

Second visit for plant-based medicine. The cookie jar is full again. For this moment. I have calculated that I need a 1-oz. bottle (instead of 0.5 oz.) of both CBD 20:1 and THCA to last one month (or 4 weeks).

I was hoping to beat the weekend crowds at Harborside, but apparently a lot of other people had the same idea. When I first got there, the line extended to about 30 ft. from the entrance. They were letting only a certain number of people inside at one time. I found myself in line behind a young woman who engaged me in conversation and an older lady behind me who joined the conversation. The young woman was there to replace a vape pen. So I asked questions about vaping. When I mentioned I had just gotten a prescription for Flexeril, the older woman was startled. “I thought they banned that,” she said.
I hope this woman gets the products she needs, just as I did in November. The young woman has got me thinking more about vaping. I still think I need to actually see someone vaping medical cannabis in real time, more than just a one-minute YouTube video. Still thinking….
In three days, when recreational cannabis becomes legal, I wonder how long the lines will be! I have to get what I need now, before all the excess excise taxes will be required. I wonder now if I’ll still be able to get TreatWell tinctures and those “magic” dark chocolate espresso beans. Only time will tell. For this moment, I am content.
The “cookie jar” has been refilled. I’m ready for Shabbat.
