Today was the day I got my permanent crowns for my upper central incisors. I’m not sure yet if I will have to go back for an adjustment. It almost feels like I have an overbite. But the surfaces are so smooth. No cracks along the bottom edges that I had felt there for over a decade.
However, I overslept (even with my alarm clock going off every 9 minutes!). And when I got out of bed and attempted my a.m. routine, I was very dizzy and kept blacking out. After two tries, I managed to get my fasting blood glucose (112 mg/dL) so it wasn’t low blood sugar causing the dizziness.
I managed to pour coffee for Linda, but I didn’t have time to brush my teeth (I just used Listerine and let it go at that). I just hoped I would be able to drive without blacking out! (I was fine.) I just can’t have anything hard or crispy for 24 hours. No dark chocolate. No Lily’s peanut butter cup. Just eggs (bacon was okay, too), yogurt, cottage cheese, and sugar-free gelatin.
And coffee!
