Sophie Tu
We had a follow-up video appointment 9 days later. For whatever unknown reason, I wasn’t able to activate my microphone this time. (I had had NO issues in the first appointment.) So Sophie called my cell phone, which I put on speaker phone, so we were able to continue with the appointment.
She told me that Kaiser was permitting in-person acupuncture appointments in mid-June but that patients could also continue with video appointments if they wanted to. She said an M.A. would be calling me before then to set up another appointment.
The next day, I received the following email from Sophie:
It was a pleasure to speak with you on our video appointment.
I hope I was able to provide the care that you needed.
Stress management:
- Mini relaxation exercise (in your e-mail)
- Sleep hygiene (in your e-mail)
- Kaiser podcast for meditation.
