Third session today with the online Pain Management group. Angela Anderson was back as the host for the first half. She did a meditation and then a presentation on “Self-Care” and a discussion. I fell asleep during the meditation, woke up just as the discussion began, but I had NO idea what was presented!
Francis was there for the “movement” part, starting with a 4-minute listening to energetic music, 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest, done with 8 reps. He did not do Tai Chi today. He went through a set of exercises in which you tense and release various muscle groups, starting with the jaw, then neck and shoulders, belly, thighs, and glut muscles. I needed that today!
