Another good acupuncture session with Sophie. She replaced the body magnet that had fallen off from my right shoulder. I asked her about the online acupressure class that Francis mentioned yesterday in the Tuesday Pain Group, and she said it will start on Wednesday, November 18. She (and the M.A.) pointed out that she had a new treatment table that is wider than the old one (“because more of my patients have large bodies”) and that it cost $6,000.
On the way home, we stopped at the post office on Hesperian so I could mail a sympathy card to Rob and a get-well card to Steve and Sharon.
I checked my blood pressure when I got home and it was 109/78 but my pulse was 89/min. That worries me a little.
We had a good Zoom call with Alex after supper. Again, Zoom did not cut us off at 40 minutes, so we ended up going an hour and 10 minutes!
