November 24, 2017 (Day after Thanksgiving)
Today, the Friday after Thanksgiving, was a hard day. On November 14, I started using CBD and THCA tinctures full-plant extract in MCT oil. I still had a few migraines, and it was not doing anything for my chronic neck pain. I had had some time to do some research about different treatment strategies for exactly my condition. I became convinced that spinal decompression therapy is what I need, and whatever it was that Carole did to my neck when I was lying face down on the exam table
The traffic between San Leandro and Oakland was insane! Although we started out with plenty of time, I was 15 minutes late to the appointment. Carole was not amused. She said very little. She checked my range of motion with the plastic measuring instrument. She checked to see how I was doing with my exercises, and she gave me one more to do with a towel. I like that one! Pulling my neck with a towel to support my head made the exercise less painful.
But she did not do the cervical spine manual manipulation. She ended the session promptly after 15 minutes.
