Second half of today’s session presented by Dr. Whitehead. As she talked, it occurred to me that this is actually group therapy for chronic pain sufferers.
Topics for the Day:
- More on insomnia. Made 2 lists on whiteboard: things you cannot control and things you can control.
- Stress/Relaxation responses. Goal is to find a balance between the two.
- Homework:
- Participate in 2 pleasurable activities
- Do relaxation exercises
